These terms govern the purchase of products at Control Garden. By placing an order you accept the following conditions.
1. Identification

2. Products and prices
Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in euros. We reserve the right to correct obvious price or stock errors before confirming the order.
3. Orders and payment
The order is confirmed after payment is accepted or, for bank transfer, after funds are received. Available methods: card (Redsys), PayPal, Bizum and bank transfer.
4. Shipping
Indicative delivery times are 24–72 working hours on mainland Spain after preparation, and 3–10 days elsewhere in the EU depending on the zone. Islands, the Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla have their own rates and procedures. The free-shipping threshold and rates appear in the cart and checkout. Help.
5. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw under consumer law. See the returns page. Returns and warranty.
6. Liability
Control Garden is not liable for misuse of products or damage caused by incorrect installation.
