Period
14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw, with no need to give a reason.
Conditions
- Unused product, in its original packaging where possible
- Keep the invoice or order number
- Personalised or unsealed products may be excluded under applicable law
Process
When the order is shipped or completed, open the order details and use “Request a return”. We confirm by email and send instructions.
Refund
After receiving and checking the product, we will refund the amount via the same payment method within a reasonable time.
